Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ald1 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by ald1.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ald1 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. ald1 reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time, and any changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of ald1 services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ald1 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting a copy of a valid government-issued ID such as a Malaysian identity card or passport.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed, and any balances held within those accounts may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ald1 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ald1 account.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity to the support team immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As an ald1 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Using another person's account or acting on behalf of another person without authorisation.
• Attempting to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Committing any form of fraud, document forgery, or providing false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Ald1 reserves the right to investigate and report any activity suspected of violating the law to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the ald1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account are from a legitimate source and belong to you.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. ald1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for identity verification, legal compliance, or fraud investigation purposes. In such cases, the ald1 team will contact you via email or your registered communication channel.

• Bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements as specified separately.
• Withdrawals to a bank account are only permitted to an account registered under the same user's name.
• Ald1 does not cover any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers.
• Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Ald1 is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system failures, processing delays, or third-party actions beyond ald1's control. This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any implied warranties.

Account Suspension & Closure

Ald1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any remaining balance. Users whose accounts are closed for other reasons will have their remaining balance processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ald1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of ald1 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from ald1.

Third-Party Links, Terms Changes & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The ald1 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers or game content suppliers. ald1 is not responsible for the policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.

Changes to These Terms

Ald1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest effective date will be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ald1 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
